Suggested solution: Co-production can be service user-led, with staff facilitating access to resources and providing information. Where initiatives are to be commissioned, regulated or evaluated, service users can be supported to be members or leaders of those teams. Staff can consider how their service fits into the service users’ landscape rather than the other way around.
