Satisficing refers to a decision that:
will both ‘satisfy’ and ‘suffice’ which is not ideal but that makes do with perceived available and relevant information
meets the approval of shareholders
meets the approval of all stakeholders
meets the criteria of being based on a satisfactory amount of information
