Activity: Overcoming procrastination
- Think about the last time you procrastinated. Describe it as completely as you can. What was the task?
- What did you do rather than doing what needed to be done?
Identifying and understanding which concerns, habits or issues stop you getting work done at present, will help you overcome them in future.
