The video clips on the left are examples taken from a series of online video training modules produced by the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (OCTC). All of the video presentations are delivered by OCTC trainers/clinicians, who are considered to be among the country’s leading experts in the field of CBT. The video clips are extracts from the full modules, illustrating through role-play some of the techniques discussed in An Introduction to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Third Edition. They are designed to be viewed together with the book: each clip is cited in the relevant section of the book, with the book giving more information about the topics illustrated.
If you would like to find out more about OCTC's online video training modules, and benefit from a special discount on training packages, please go to the 'OCTC Online Video Training Modules' link on the left.
