If you have chosen mostly A your learning style is more visual.
Visual learners
If you are a visual learner you will prefer to learn by seeing. You will have good visual recall and prefer information to be presented visually, in the form of diagrams, graphs and maps for example. Video recordings and television programmes will suit you. If you have a strong visual preference you might benefit from making more use of diagrams in your note-taking or revision.
Most of us have a blend of styles, not wholly in any of the three classifications. It is probably more unusual to have a style which is entirely in one, especially in this sort of assessment, which is not particularly thorough although it gives a reasonable indication. However, if you are aware of ways of working that suit you best then you can arrange for these conditions to be in place.
