Kinaesthetic learners
If you are a kinaesthetic learner you will prefer to learn by touching and doing. You are probably good at recalling events and you associate feelings or physical experiences with memory. You enjoy physical activity, manipulating objects and other practical, first-hand. Kinaesthetic learners benefit from regular breaks in learning activities so this is something you can build in to your study schedule.
Most of us have a blend of styles, not wholly in any of the three classifications. It is probably more unusual to have a style which is entirely in one, especially in this sort of assessment, which is not particularly thorough although it gives a reasonable indication. However, if you are aware of ways of working that suit you best then you can arrange for these conditions to be in place.
