When submitting final deliverables, ensure the following:

• Inclusion of credits and references within materials.
• A completed permissions log of all content assets used.
• Properly documented permission agreements received from rightsholders of third-party content assets used.
• A reference sheet handout for participants in the case of a webinar, virtual or face2face training session
• Speaker notes highlighting sourcing and fair use materials.
