1. List signs and symptoms that people have when they feel tired and stressed

  • Don’t feel like doing daily activities
  • Poor appetite/nausea
  • Lack of concentration
  • Moodiness
  • Dizziness
  • Palpitations
  • Feeling of anxiety

2. Think what causes you to feel tired and stressed within your life

  • Personalised to each individual, e.g. not sleeping, worried about something, scared of information going to receive

3. Identify how you relieve your feelings of fatigue and stress

  • Write in a diary
  • Talk to someone
  • Exercise
  • Have a bathe before bedtime
  • No caffeinated drinks before bed
  • Clean comfortable bed linen

4. How could you apply this information to support your patient or their family?
