1. List signs and symptoms that people have when they feel tired and stressed
- Don’t feel like doing daily activities
- Poor appetite/nausea
- Lack of concentration
- Moodiness
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
- Feeling of anxiety
2. Think what causes you to feel tired and stressed within your life
- Personalised to each individual, e.g. not sleeping, worried about something, scared of information going to receive
3. Identify how you relieve your feelings of fatigue and stress
- Write in a diary
- Talk to someone
- Exercise
- Have a bathe before bedtime
- No caffeinated drinks before bed
- Clean comfortable bed linen
4. How could you apply this information to support your patient or their family?
