Activity 38.2: Critical thinking
The most common and generic framework used to inform personal development planning and review within the NHS is the Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) and its associated electronic resource. The KSF document is available at http://www.libraryservices.nhs.uk/document_uploads/KSF/NHS_KSF_Document.pdf. The associated electronic resource is available at www.e-ksf.org. There are also a range of role frameworks that may be used locally to help inform your personal development planning and review. The following four examples have been drawn from the national organisations, one from each country:
