Buurtzorg pilots are being run by Cornerstone, a Scottish homecare charity, and there are also nursing sites in Aberdeen, Angus, Dumfries and Galloway, and Borders. In England the model has been implemented by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and in integrated healthcare services in Tower Hamlets, east London, and in west Suffolk. It is also being piloted in Wales and Northern Ireland.
