George has stopped taking his diuretics as this is affecting his activities of daily living. Primarily eliminating, mobilising and working and playing.

How could you ensure that George was able to take his medication safely with minimal disruption to his activities of daily living?

Working with George and the prescriber it may be possible to alter the time of the day that George takes his diuretics this will enable George to carry out his usual routine with minimal disruption. George will also need information about some of the risks of not taking his diuretics, including how this may manifest in presenting symptoms.
