Summary: This report highlights the challenges faced by Title V, Section 510 abstinence education programs aiming to reduce adolescent sexual activity outside of marriage. Findings from this study speak to the continued need for rigorous research on how to combat the high rate of teen sexual activity and its negative consequences.
