The Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research
The Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) is the world’s largest interdisciplinary network for professionals working in the field of intercultural relations. You find on SIETAR Europa’s and SIETAR USA’s pages information about trainings, publications and cross-cultural management and cross-cultural communication tools. SIETAR organizations have close links with the Intercultural Communication Institute. It is a private, non-profit foundation designed to foster an awareness and appreciation of cultural differences in both the international and domestic arenas (www.intercultural.org). It provides, for example, education and professional development in intercultural communication.

Eurostat, the statistical arm of the European Union
Eurostat, the statistical arm of the European Union, offers a wealth of data about various aspects relevant to HRM such as labour market data, living conditions or population, information about economic data in general, e.g. gross domestic product (GDP) per capita or GDP growth as well as a number of EU policy indicators.
The International Labour Organization
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is a tripartite UN agency that brings together governments, employers and workers of its member states in common action to promote decent work throughout the world. It provides a number of statistics, e.g. official core labour statistics and estimates for over 200 countries since 1969, and databases such as Labordoc which contains references to a wide range of print and electronic publications, including journal articles, from countries around the world, on all aspects of work.

International Labour Organization
As the labour department of the ILO this is a significant organization. The website has many national and international reports and research papers. It also has a series of outlines and codes on MNCs and their behaviour.
The International Trade Union Confederation
The International Trade Union Confederation is the organization that represents most national unions at an international level. It has many resources and links. It will show how unions approach the issues at hand and are responding to greater internationalization and the need for new forms of regulation.
LabourStart is an important and independent source of information about union activity supported by trade unionists. It provides insight into developments around national and international labour related agendas. There are many campaigns around MNCs reported here.
