Cisco - Change Management Training Video - 6:25 minutes 
Video shows a change management case involving a fictitious TV news crew.  As one viewer comments, it is a bit cheesy, but because of that it might be thought provoking.  

Self-managing Teams - 8:10 minutes
Focuses on team formation and development, including the role of external leaders in helping the mature self managed team perform at a high level. Since change initiatives may involve self managed team playing important roles in the development of the change, this video may assist in provoking discussion concerning how to develop them.

The world's greatest speech - Charlie Chaplin - 4:38
A clip from a Charlie Chaplin movie, filmed in opposition to Hitler and dictatorship. He is costumed as Hitler but as the speech unfolds, it is an impassioned plea for individuals to take actions that will create a much more positive future. 

Independence Day [1996] - President Speech - 2:23
This film clip from the above movie has the President providing the troupes with an impassioned plea to action, in the face of a common threat, focused through shared values that cut across narrow self-interest.
