    The Leadership and Change section of the Knowledge@Wharton website. Signing up for a free member account gives you access to hundreds of articles and podcasts.
     
  3. http://www.mckinseyquarterly.com/home.aspx  
    McKinsey Quarterly has many articles on change management and videos. They can be found quickly through the search function. Some are available when signing up for a free membership, others require upgrade to paid membership level.
     
  4. http://knowledge.insead.edu/home.cfm 
    Knowledge portal at INSEAD. Free subscription allows access to articles, podcast and videos. The search function allows to zoom in on change related topics.
     
  5. http://www.change-management-toolbook.com/ 
    Has free change management tools, book reviews, wiki and other features. “The Change Management Toolbook is a collection of more than 120 tools, methods and strategies which you can apply during different stages of personal, team and organizational development, in training, facilitation and consulting. You must register for access.

    An approach to change in organizations, based on the fact that they are complex systems and that traditional, linear models need to evolve and become much more dynamic and self organizing. Developed by Holger Nauheimer and colleagues. Interesting video embedded in website provides a partial explanation of the map and how it is used to approach change. When you come to the end of the video, a set of fames pops up at the bottom of the video that will link you to other resource materials on various change themes.

    Learning centre on change management by Prosci, a leading change management consulting and product company. Mixture of free information like tutorials and information on their products.
     
  9. http://www.solonline.org/  
    The Society for Organizational Learning, founded by Peter Senge. Not strictly about change management, but there are, of course, lots of connections.

    Interesting website - hosts an interactive instrument by Booze and Company (a global management and strategy consultancy firm) that students can use to help them think about the subtleties of implementation strategies.     The  11 page Harvard Business Review article is posted courtesy of GE.  It reports on how GE teaches teams to lead change, available on GE’s webpage. Can be used in conjunction with either Chapters 4 (creating readiness) or 8 (developing change teams)of our change book

    Site can be used to search for ted.com  videos  related to change. Since it is a site used to visually communicate interesting ideas on a wide variety of topics by leading thinkers, most of the videos will not be relevant for a change course. However, it is a site well worth spending some time in, because some clearly are relevant, interesting and often inspirational when it comes to social change.

    An interesting marketing oriented website  that tries to spot and report on trends. Potentially useful in environmental analysis and reflection on the relevance of such trends for the organization and its members.
