Global registry of more than 2,000 research data repositories from different academic disciplines, that can be browsed by domain, subject, country, or content type, and searched by different attributes. Through this registry researchers can find data repositories in which to deposit their data, or from which to access data.

ELSST Thesaurus

European Social Science Thesaurus, a multilingual thesaurus available in 13 European languages. A thesaurus is a controlled vocabulary, consisting of a hierarchically arranged set of terms, that are used to represent concepts. Thesauri are used to index the subject content of digital resources, such as data collection. The meaning of terms is clarified either by their position in the hierarchy, or by an explicit scope note.

Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID)

Registry of unique researcher identifiers that gives each researcher a persistent digital identifier, so that one’s own research activities can be distinguished from those of others with similar names. An ORCID profile can be linked to grants, research activities and publications, and can exchange information with other identifier systems.
