The book is accompanied by extensive resources which include black line masters of instruction resources mentioned in the book.  These resources can be used in one-on-one intervention teaching, small-group instruction, classroom learning station instruction, and as home activities in lieu of traditional homework sheets.

Each resource is available in US 8½ × 11 inch format (Chapter 3 - 5 and Chapter 6 - 8) as well as A4 International format. The resources have been rendered as both PDF and XPS files, which will ensure that formatting is maintained. We have also included MS Word versions of resources, to allow teachers to engage in pedagogical engineering by tinkering with materials to meet the needs of their students. Also included is each Instructional Activity in the book.
