1. How would you define "rape?" Write a brief definition. Based on this conceptualization, what circumstances constitute rape? Discuss some facts about rape that you were previously unaware of or some myths you believed. Rewrite your definition of rape based on your new knowledge. Now go to the National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence (NCADD) website https://www.ncadd.org/about-addiction/faq/frequently-asked-questions-and-facts-about-alcohol-and-drugs and read its official "Definition of Alcoholism." What is the definition of alcoholism used by NCADD? How is alcoholism conceptualized? How does this compare to your definition?
    
3. How would you define “cyberbullying?” Write a brief definition. Based on this conceptualization, describe a method of measurement that would be valid for a study of alcoholism (as you define it). Now go to the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) website http://www.stopbullying.gov/cyberbullying/ and read its official definition of cyberbullying. What is the definition of alcoholism used by the DHHS? How is cyberbullying conceptualized? How does this compare to your definition?
    
4. Search the Internet for the Dark Figure of Crime.  Explain what is meant by the Dark Figure of Crime.  If you were placed in charge of a committee tasked with providing a more accurate measure of crime, what would you do?  Do you think that your approach would eliminate the Dark Figure of Crime?  Why or why not?
